Refund & Cancellations

This policy details the refund terms for booking or utilizing private calling sessions on our platform.
1. Session Cancellations
Hosts (models) reserve the right to cancel or end calls at their discretion if terms of conduct or mutual agreements are violated. In cases of code violations, harassment, or non-consensual behavior, no refunds will be issued.
2. Technical Failures
If a call fails to connect or disconnects within the first 60 seconds due to platform server errors (and not user network failures), a full refund or credit token will be issued upon logging a ticket with support.
3. Dispute Resolution
Disputes must be raised within 7 days of the call session by contacting compliance@vivastreet.co.uk. Please provide the session code, host name, and description of the technical issue.
